About Me
About Me
I have studied and worked in the mental health field for the past seventeen years. Prior to moving to the United States I worked as a qualified and accredited psychotherapist in France and the United Kingdom, working both in private practice and for one of the leading mental health providers in the UK. I am also a Master Certified Professional Life Coach.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of individuals from various industries; including academia, sports, entertainment, art, and the corporate world. I have helped clients overcome unwanted thoughts and emotions, such as low self-confidence, low mood, and an array of worries encompassing social anxiety, health concerns, and work-related stress. By focusing on my clients' values-based goals, I assist them in discovering their true aspirations and empower them to achieve those goals.
It is vital to keep expanding my knowledge and understanding. I do so by regularly undertaking continuing professional development. I also receive monthly supervision with an appropriately qualified and experienced practitioner.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), l’Association Française de Thérapie Comportementale et Cognitive (AFTCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and I adhere to their respective ethical frameworks.
