I’m James Wilson, an Accredited Behavioural Therapist with over 15 years experience helping English-speaking clients make meaningful, lasting change in how they think, feel, and act.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, or relationship difficulties, I offer a structured and supportive approach to help you break free from emotional barriers and take practical steps towards the life you want to lead.
